    Celebrate Mother Earth, pick up a free tree seedling to plant, enjoy vendors’ preseason offerings, flowers, and starter plants; and get the scoop on our 2025 season.

Get to the Markette!

Parking

There is plenty of parking in the lots north and south of the Pure Markette with easy access off Seventh or Eighth Street in downtown Baldwin.  Parking  also is available along M-37/Michigan Avenue with a paved walkway to the Markette between Jone’s Homemade Ice Cream and the Baldwin Business Center.

Biking/Hiking

We love our trails!  The Pere Markette State Trail is ¼ mile north of the Markette and runs east to Idlewild and Reed City.
